Is this fitting gonna work with my Aeroquip hose?

This Aeroquip flat crimp steel fitting is compatible with -10 size hose, so as long as that's the hose you're using, it should work just fine.

The hose end on this fitting is sized for -10 hose, and the port end runs a 7/8-14 thread with a SAE 45-degree female flare swivel. Those are two separate ends doing two different jobs, so as long as your hose is -10 and your port takes a 7/8-14 SAE 45 flare connection, you're good to go with this one.
