Got a 1/4 female NPT port on a manifold and need to run a 3/8 male NPT line off it at a right angle. this the right fitting for that?

That's what this adapter handles. The swivel end is 1/4-18 female NPT and the fixed end is 3/8-18 male NPT, with a 90 degree turn between them. The swivel feature on the female side also helps a good bit during installation since you can rotate it to line things up without twisting your line.

It's definitely suitable for marine applications, as well as chemical processing, pulp and paper, food and beverage, and even offshore drilling.
