Will this fitting work with standard NPT threads? Just want to make sure before I order it.

It's made with an NPTF external pipe thread, which is designed to be compatible with standard NPT threads.

Got a 3/4 female NPT swivel on one end and a 1/2 male NPT on the other end i need to tie together at a 90 degree angle. this the right part for that?

That's what this adapter is built for. The female end is 3/4-14 NPSM swivel and the male end is 1/2-14 NPTF, so it reduces down while making that 90 degree turn in one fitting. Zinc plated steel construction, Eaton Aeroquip 2047 series. Pretty common solution when you're working with mismatched thread sizes and need to change direction without adding extra fittings in the line.

got a tight spot and need to turn the line 90 degrees. is this the elbow that goes from 3/4-14 female swivel to 1/2-14 male npt?

Function-wise, yes. It is a 90 degree steel elbow adapter with a 3/4-14 female NPSM internal pipe swivel on one end and a 1/2-14 male NPTF external pipe thread on the other.
