got a tight spot on a line, is this the 90 degree elbow with 3/4 female swivel on one end and 3/4 male pipe on the other?

For routing a line around a corner, it’s a 2047 Series 90 degree elbow adapter with a 3/4-14 female NPT swivel end (NPSM internal pipe swivel) and a 3/4-14 male NPT end (NPTF external pipe).

What kind of work is this adapter actually built for? Seen it listed for a few different industries and just want to make sure it holds up in rougher applications.

Marine, military, chemical processing, pulp and paper, food and beverage, and offshore drilling are all listed applications for this fitting. That covers a pretty wide range of demanding environments, so it was not designed with light-duty use in mind. The 90-degree elbow configuration also makes it practical in tight routing situations where a straight adapter just won't work.
