Will this here fitting work to make a 90 degree turn between two pipes with different sized threads?

This steel adapter is designed to connect a 3/8-18 female NPT swivel fitting to a 3/4-14 male NPT fitting at a 90-degree angle.

fitting's got a 3/4 male end on one side and a 3/8 female swivel on the other, right? just want to make sure before I go putting it in the wrong spot

Correct on both counts. The male end threads are 3/4-14 NPT, and the female swivel end runs 3/8-18 NPT. The 90 degree angle between them makes it useful when you need to redirect a line in a tight spot without fighting a straight adapter into position.

Match the threads and you’re in the right neighborhood. One end is a 3/8-18 female NPT swivel, and the other end is a 3/4-14 male NPT, built as a 90 degree elbow.
