Will this elbow adapter work for connecting a female NPSM swivel to a male NPT fitting?

This Eaton Aeroquip adapter is indeed designed for that purpose: connecting a female NPSM internal pipe swivel to a male NPTF external pipe.

got a tight spot on a line, is this the 45 degree elbow with 1/4 female swivel on one end and 1/4 male npt on the other?

Function-wise, it is a 45 degree elbow adapter that goes from a 1/4-18 female NPT swivel connection (NPSM internal pipe swivel) to a 1/4-18 male NPT (NPTF external pipe).
