i’ve got a -10 jic line, is this tee set up for 7/8-14 on all three ports or am i missing somethin

For this part, all three connections are 7/8-14 JIC 37 degree flare. It is a tee adapter with one 7/8-14 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel run, and two 7/8-14 male JIC 37 degree flare ports for the run and the branch.

got a tee fitting here running 7/8-14 JIC on all three ports, is this the one where the female swivel end lets you rotate for alignment without breaking the seal?

That's exactly how it works. The female JIC end on this fitting uses a swivel design, so you can rotate it during installation to line things up without having to reposition the whole assembly. The male JIC ports are fixed, so your run and branch connections stay put while the swivel end does the adjusting. All three connections are 7/8-14 thread with the standard 37 degree flare seat, so sealing is cone-to-cone contact the way JIC fittings are supposed to work.
