Trying to tee off a line, is this the kind where the straight-through run is male JIC and the side branch is a female swivel?

Functionally, it is a JIC 37 degree flare tee adapter with a 3/4-16 male JIC on the run and a 3/4-16 female JIC swivel on the branch, all in SAE 37 flare style.

got a hose end with 3/4-16 female JIC swivel, will this tee let me keep that on the branch and still run 3/4-16 male JIC down the main line?
