got a tee with the same 1-1/16-12 threads on all three legs, is this the one with a swivel on the branch?

On this tee adapter, the branch is a 1-1/16-12 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel, and the run is 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare on both ends. All three ends are SAE 37 flare style.

Got a line splitting off to feed two circuits from one 3/4" JIC port, this the right fitting for that kind of setup?

That's what the 203101-12-12S is built for. The tee configuration lets you branch off a single JIC run port while keeping a swivel female connection on the branch side, so splitting one feed into two directions is straightforward. Both the branch and run connections are 1-1/16-12 JIC 37 degree flare, so as long as your existing lines are that same thread and flare spec, it'll drop right in without any size conversion needed.

On this adapter, the branch side is a 1-1/16-12 Female JIC 37 degree flare swivel, and the run is a 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 degree flare. It’s a tee style adapter in the Eaton Aeroquip 203101 series for SAE 37 degree flare connections.

This Eaton Aeroquip tee adapter is made for hydraulic applications, plus instrumentation and chemical processing systems too.
