trying to swap a fitting out, are the ends on this one 1-5/8-12 female JIC 37 flare to 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 flare, straight?

Got a line running 3/4 inch tube and need to step down the JIC fitting on one end, will this adapter handle that kind of size difference between the two connections?
