trying to hook up a #6 female JIC to a #8 male JIC, straight shot. is that what this adapter is?

For a straight JIC flare connection, it converts a 9/16-18 female JIC 37 degree flare on one side to a 3/4-16 male JIC 37 degree flare on the other.

got a hose end that’s 9/16-18 female JIC, and the other side needs to be 3/4-16 male JIC. is this the right straight adapter for that?

For matching those exact JIC flare thread sizes, this adapter fits the bill. It is a straight steel union with a 9/16-18 female JIC 37 degree flare on one end and a 3/4-16 male JIC 37 degree flare on the other.
