got a 90 degree elbow spot I need to fill where both ends are 7/8-14 JIC, one side needs to swivel so I can get it lined up right, this the one?

That's what this fitting is built for. Both ends are 7/8-14 JIC 37 degree flare, and the female end is a swivel, which gives you that rotational freedom to get your lines seated without fighting the angle.
