trying to replace an old -16 elbow, are both ends on this one 1-5/16-12 JIC 37 flare?

Both ends are SAE 37 degree (JIC) flare with 1-5/16-12 threads. One side is a female swivel and the other side is a male JIC, and the body is a 45 degree elbow.

What kind of fitting connection does this adapter make, is it JIC on both ends or does one side change over to something different?

Both ends are JIC 37 degree flare. The female swivel side accepts a standard JIC male fitting, and the male end connects to a female JIC port. The 45 degree elbow angle just changes the routing direction between those two JIC connections, so no thread conversion is happening here.
