Got a line running 1/4 NPT female and I need to tie into a 3/4-16 male ORB port. This the right piece for that?

That's what this adapter is built for. One end is a 1/4-18 female NPT swivel, the other is a 3/4-16 male SAE O-Ring Boss. The swivel on the NPT side gives you some wiggle room when you're making up the connection, which helps a lot in tight quarters where you can't rotate the line freely.
