trying to hook a 3/4 npt female swivel line to an sae oring boss port, is this the right elbow for that?

Function-wise, yes. It is a 90 degree steel adapter that goes from a 3/4-14 female NPT swivel on one end to a 1-1/16-12 male SAE O-Ring Boss straight thread on the other.
