That's correct. This adapter features a 1-1/4-11-1/2 female NPT branch and a 1-5/8-12 male JIC 37-degree flare run.

Match it by the thread callouts and end types. The branch is 1-1/4-11-1/2 female NPT, and the run is 1-5/8-12 male JIC 37 degree flare. It is a steel pipe to 37 degree flare tee, with a 1.25 inch tube O.D. size on the JIC side.
