trying to swap lines around, is this the elbow that goes from 3/8-18 female NPT to 3/4-16 male JIC flare?

You are looking at a 90 degree steel adapter with a 3/8-18 female NPTF on one end and a 3/4-16 male SAE 37 degree flare (JIC style) on the other. It is also listed with a 1/2 inch tube O.D. for the flare side.

Will this fitting hold up if I'm running hydraulic fluid through it pretty much non-stop?
