got a hose end thats 9/16-18 JIC, will this elbow screw right onto it and give me a 1/4-18 female pipe port on the other side?

i got a hose end that’s 9/16-18 jic, and the port on the block is 1/4-18 npt. is this the elbow that ties those together?

Will this fitting work for hydraulic lines on my tractor? I'm needing to adapt a 1/4" NPT to a 9/16" JIC.

This adapter is designed to connect a 1/4-18 female NPT to a 9/16-18 male JIC 37-degree flare at a 90-degree angle. So if those are the fittings you need to adapt, this should do the trick.
