Got a 1/8-27 NPT port on a small manifold block and need to run a JIC line off it. This adapter do that job straight?

That's exactly what this one handles. One end is 1/8-27 female NPT, the other is 7/16-20 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel, and it runs straight through with no angle. The swivel end gives you some rotational flexibility when you're tightening down the JIC fitting, which helps a lot in tight quarters where you can't always get a clean approach with a wrench.
