what hose size does this fitting work with, and is it a straight configuration or does it have an angle to it?

It fits a -04 hose size and runs completely straight, no angle. The swivel end is a 1/4-19 Female JIS 60 degree cone, so the cone geometry is built into the port connection side, but the fitting itself is a straight-through design. Made by Eaton Aeroquip under catalog number C1JA25.
