trying to swap out an old elbow, is this one the 7/16-20 female JIC 37 flare swivel for a -04 hose?

It’s built for a -04 hose and the swivel end is a 7/16-20 female JIC 37 degree flare. It’s a 90 degree elbow style, so it’s meant to turn the line in tight spots while still giving you a swivel connection.
