clamp says non-adjustable, does that mean once it's on it's on, or is there some wiggle room during install before you tighten it down?

Once torqued into place, it stays put. The non-adjustable design means there's no post-installation tweaking built into it, so you want to make sure your hose or tube fits within that 6.00" to 6.25" inside diameter range before you commit. During the actual install, you have normal working room while the bolt isn't fully tightened, but the clamp isn't built to be repositioned or re-ranged after the fact. Get your fitment confirmed first and the rest goes smooth.
