The polypropylene material is rated to handle temperatures from -22°F up to 194°F.

Fit comes down to the outside diameter. This one is a 37.0 mm size clamp, and the note provided is mm size x 0.03937 = inch size if you want the inch equivalent. As long as your tube or hose O.D. matches the clamp size, it is the correct fit.

Polypropylene tops out at 194°F and goes down to -22°F on the cold end. If your heat source pushes past that upper limit, Stauff does make these same clamps in polyamide, which handles up to 284°F, or aluminum if you're dealing with something closer to 500°F. For most standard industrial environments that don't get extreme, the polypropylene version handles things just fine.
