got a 21.3 mm line, is this clamp meant for that exact outside diameter or am i supposed to convert it to inches first

For sizing, the clamp is based on outside diameter, and this one is listed as 21.3 mm size. If you prefer inch sizing, the note provided is mm size x 0.03937 = inch size, which puts 21.3 mm at about 0.84 inch OD.

What's the temperature limit on these polypropylene clamps? Got some lines running near equipment that throws off a fair amount of heat and want to make sure they hold up.

Polypropylene tops out at 194°F on the high end and goes down to -22°F on the cold side. If your lines are sitting close to heat sources that push past that, the polyamide version handles up to 284°F, and aluminum goes all the way to 500°F. Worth picking the material that matches what those lines actually see in service.

What size pipe does this clamp hold? I'm seeing both metric and inch measurements.

It's designed for pipes with an outside diameter of 21.3 mm, which is approximately equivalent to a 1/2 inch pipe size. Check your pipe's OD to make sure it matches.
