This clamp is designed for hoses or tubes with an outside diameter between 1.19 and 1.44 inches.

This clamp covers a diameter range from 1.1875 inches up to 1.4375 inches, so a hose sitting around 1.25 inches OD is within its adjustment window.

For most shop and industrial hose clamping jobs, that band thickness handles the load just fine. The 301 stainless steel construction gives it solid corrosion resistance and enough structural integrity to hold firm under normal operating conditions. Combined with the T-bolt tightening system and a self-locking nut, you get a clamp that stays put without backing off over time.
