Will this here adapter work for connecting two 1/4 inch NPT pipes together?

Functionally, this adapter can certainly join two 1/4-18 NPT pipes, female and male respectively. It's made of stainless steel, so it should hold up well.

This stainless steel adapter is designed for exactly that – connecting two pipes with 1/4-18 male and female NPT threads. It's a bushing style adapter.

i’ve got a 1/4-18 female NPT port, is this the little bushing that’ll give me a 1/4-18 male NPT on the outside?

Acts as a pipe-to-pipe NPT bushing with 1/4-18 male NPT on one side and 1/4-18 female NPT on the other.
