Got a piece of equipment running metric BSPP fittings on one end and JIC on the other, does this adapter go between them without needing any extra pieces?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a 3/8" male BSPP with a G 3/8-19 thread, and the other is a 1/2" male JIC running 3/4-16 UNF. Both ends are male, so you'd be threading this directly into female JIC and female BSPP ports on each side. No additional fittings needed to bridge those two thread standards.
