Got a tight corner in a hydraulic line and need to redirect flow without a lot of extra fittings. This a street elbow, meaning it's got a male on one end and female on the other?

That's what it is. One end is 1/2-14 male NPT and the other is 1/2-14 female NPT, both the same size, so you can thread it directly into a port or fitting and then connect the next piece right onto it without needing a coupler in between. The 90-degree angle handles that direction change in one shot, and at 1.47 inches long it keeps things pretty compact when space is tight.
