Got a 1/4-inch OD tube line that needs to make a bend before it hits the fitting block, will this elbow work for that setup?

For 1/4-inch OD tubing, yeah, this is the right size. The fitting is built specifically around that tube OD, and the 45-degree angle gives you that directional change without having to force or prebend the line itself. Both ends run 7/16-20 JIC 37-degree flare threads, so as long as your mating connections match that thread spec, you're in good shape.
