got a piece of equipment running BSPP ports and the rest of my system is NPT, this a straight adapter or does it change direction any?

Straight through, no angle or offset. One end is 2" male NPT, the other is 2" female BSPP, and the body runs in a direct line between them. So if you're just bridging two inline connections with different thread standards, this fits that need without any routing change.
