Got a line that runs from one JIC fitting straight into another JIC port and I just need something to bridge em together without changing direction. this the right part for that?
Question by: Warren C on Sep 18, 2025, 3:50 PM
That's what this fitting is built for. Both ends are 7/16-20 male JIC 37-degree flare, so it connects two female JIC ports back to back in a straight line. No bends, no adapting between thread types, just a clean union between matching JIC fittings. At 1.37 inches long it keeps things pretty compact, which helps when you're working in a tight spot on a manifold or valve block.

i’ve got two hoses with 7/16-20 JIC ends, is this basically just a straight union to tie em together?
Question by: Dustin B on Feb 8, 2026, 12:13 PM
For joining two matching JIC flare ends, it serves as a straight union with 7/16-20 male JIC 37 degree flare on both sides, so two 7/16-20 female JIC swivel nuts can connect to it.
