fitting goes from panel to panel on both sides, both ends are the same JIC thread right?
Question by: Roger S on Feb 18, 2026, 6:47 AM
both ends are 3/4-16 male JIC 37 degree flare, so the thread size and flare angle match up on either side. The bulkhead design lets it pass straight through a panel or wall with the locknut securing it in place, and since both ends are identical, there's no worrying about which direction you're threading your lines.

got a panel pass-through deal with 3/4-16 on both sides, is this the right bulkhead union?
Question by: Stan A on Dec 28, 2025, 10:29 AM
Built as a straight bulkhead union with a locknut, it’s meant to pass through a panel or bracket and give you a 3/4-16 male JIC 37 degree flare connection on each side.

got a panel I'm running hydraulic lines through and need something that'll let me connect JIC fittings on both sides without having to thread anything into the panel itself. this the right piece for that?
Question by: Harvey H on Mar 24, 2026, 1:57 PM
A bulkhead union is exactly what handles that situation. You mount it through a panel opening, secure it with the included locknut, and end up with a 3/4-16 JIC male connection on each side. Both ends accept standard 3/4-16 JIC 37 degree flare fittings, so whatever lines you're running on either face of that panel will hook right up the same way.

Question by: Ronnie M on Jun 16, 2025, 10:56 AM
Absolutely, this stainless steel adapter is designed precisely for that – joining two 3/4-16 Male JIC 37 deg Flare lines directly through a bulkhead.
