trying to replace a bulkhead union on a 3/4 OD tube line, is this the one with 1-1/16-12 JIC male on both sides?
Question by: Keith S on May 7, 2025, 10:30 AM
For a same-size pass-through bulkhead connection, it matches that setup: both ends are 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare, and it is specified for 3/4 inch OD tubing.

Will this fitting work with standard JIC flares?

this adapter is made with 37-degree JIC flare threads on both ends, so it'll fit right up with any standard JIC flare fitting.

Both ends are the same thread size, so this thing just passes straight through a panel without any adapting at all?

Basically, yeah. Both ends are 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 degree flare, so you're not stepping up or down in size. The fitting locks through a bulkhead or panel and lets you run the same tubing and fittings on both sides without any mismatched hardware in between. It's a clean inline pass-through, same size all the way across.
