trying to swap out an elbow on a hydraulic line, is this one the 3/4-14 female npt over to 1-1/16-12 male jic 37 flare?

Got a pump port threaded 3/4-14 NPT and need to tie into a JIC hose line running 1-1/16-12. Would this elbow make that connection work?
