these fit in place of Swagelok fittings? got a system already running with those and need to swap one out without redoing the whole line

Duolok fittings are manufactured to be fully interchangeable with Swagelok brand fittings, so dropping one in where a Swagelok currently sits is a straight swap. Same dimensions, same pull-up behavior during installation. No need to modify the surrounding components.

got a 3/8 tube run and need to tie into a 7/8-14 ORB port. is this the right straight fitting?

For that tube-to-port hookup, this fitting is made to connect 0.38 inch tube OD on the Duolok double ferrule end to a 7/8-14 male SAE O-ring boss straight thread on the other end, in a straight body style.
