these fittings interchangeable with Swagelok? got some existing lines already using that brand and wanna make sure i don't have to swap everything out

got a 5/8 tube line, is this the right straight fitting to go over to 1/2-14 male npt?

The tube side is 0.63 inch tube OD and the thread side is 1/2-14 male NPT, in a straight body. It is a Duolok double ferrule tube fitting, so it is meant to make a leak-tight connection on the tubing when it is pulled up correctly.

What kind of temperatures can this fitting handle without any issues?

These Duolok tube fittings are able to function reliably across a wide range of operating temperatures. Keep in mind that elevated temperatures may reduce the maximum working pressure capability of the tubing system.
