trying to swap out an elbow on my tubing run. Is this one for 3/8 tube and 3/8 npt male?

It is a 90 degree elbow made for 3/8 inch tube OD on the tube side and a 3/8-18 male NPT thread on the other end.

these interchange with Swagelok fittings? got a system built around that brand and need to swap a few out without redoing everything

Duolok fittings are manufactured to be fully interchangeable with Swagelok brand tube fittings, so dropping them into an existing Swagelok-based system is a straightforward swap. The 0.38 inch tube OD side connects your tubing and the 3/8-18 male NPT end threads into your port just like the original would. No reworking needed on either end.

It is a 90 degree elbow that takes 0.38 inch (3/8 inch) tube OD on the Duolok double ferrule side and has a 3/8-18 male NPT thread on the other end.

fitting says it's interchangeable with Swagelok, is that actually true or just a sales thing?

These Duolok fittings are generally rated to handle the same pressures as stainless steel tubing, so you should be good to go.
