got a tight bend to make, what’s the smallest radius this blue BrakeQuip hose will handle without kinking

For routing, the minimum bend radius is 2 inches. Staying at or above that bend helps keep the PTFE smooth-bore tube and the 304 stainless 4-wire braid from being forced into a kinked shape.

what's the temp range on this hose? running it on a system that sees some pretty cold mornings and hot afternoons both

Rated from -100°F up to 500°F, so wide swings between cold starts and high operating temps aren't going to be a problem. The PTFE smooth bore tube and stainless steel braid hold up well across that full range without softening or getting brittle at the extremes.
