got a tight spot to run a brake line, how tight can i bend this hose without kinkin it?

For routing, the minimum bend radius is 2 inches. Staying at or above that bend radius helps keep the PTFE smooth bore tube and the 304 stainless 4 wire braid from being stressed in a tight turn.

Running a hydraulic brake line through a pretty tight spot on a custom build. What's the smallest bend I can make with this hose before I start worrying about kinking it up?

Two inches is the minimum bend radius on this one. Anything tighter than that and you risk compromising the hose structure, which you definitely don't want in a brake application. For most tight routing situations on custom builds, two inches gives you enough flexibility to work around brackets and frame rails without pushing the hose past its limits.
