Got a cylinder here with a 1.375 rod and the old wiper finally gave out. This ST-137 the right drop-in replacement size-wise?

For a 1.375-inch rod diameter, that part fits exactly. The OD on the wiper measures 1.75 inches with a 3/16-inch base thickness, so if your cylinder bore and gland were built around those dimensions originally, this will seat the same way the original did. Hercules catalogs it under C1DL28, so if you have old paperwork with that number on it, you're looking at the same piece.
