Will this wiper ring hold up okay in temperatures that get pretty cold, like below zero sometimes?

температурный диапазон on these urethane wipers, what's the lowest they'll hold up in? got equipment sitting outside through some real cold winters and need to know if they'll still flex right come spring startup.

got a 1 inch rod, is this the wiper that matches up or am i off on the OD?

Fit comes down to both numbers. This ST style wiper is sized for a 1.00 inch rod and it has a 1.38 inch wiper outside diameter (listed as 1.375). If your setup calls for those two dimensions, it is the right match.
