Got a hydraulic line running JIC fittings on one end and the other side hooks into a DIN metric tube connection, this adapter gonna bridge that gap alright?

That's what it's built for. One end is a 3/8" Male JIC with a 9/16-18 UNF thread, and the other is a Male DIN 2353 tube fitting on an M20 x 1.5 thread in the S12 series. So if your circuit is mixing those two connection standards, this is a straight shot between them with no extra fittings needed.
