Is this here sealt made outta stainless steel all the way through?

it's made entirely from stainless steel, so it's real good at resisting rust and wear.

got a bspp fitting with a G 1-1/4 - 11 thread, is this the right bonded seal for it?

For a BSPP setup, the key match is the thread callout, and this bonded sealt is sized for G 1-1/4 - 11 with a 1-1/4 inch BSPP side, so it fits that thread size.
