Got a hydraulic line running JIC fittings on one end and BSPP on the other, this elbow gonna bridge that gap without needing an adapter in between?

That's what it handles. One side is a 3/4" male JIC with a 1-1/16 - 12 UN thread, and the other is a 1/2" male BSPP running G 1/2 - 14. So you're connecting two different thread standards in a single 90-degree fitting. No need to stack adapters to make it work.

Will this elbow fitting hold up if I'm usin' it outside where it gets kinda wet sometimes?

On Side 1 it has a male JIC connection with a 1-1/16 - 12 UN thread callout and it is the 3/4 inch size. Side 2 is a male BSPP connection with a G 1/2 - 14 thread callout and it is the 1/2 inch size.
