trying to hook a 1/4 jic line into a 1/8 BSPP port, is that what this elbow is for?

For that exact mix of thread types, it matches up as a 90 degree adjustable elbow with a male JIC on one end and a male BSPP on the other. Side 1 is male JIC 7/16 - 20 UNF in a 1/4 inch size, and side 2 is male BSPP G 1/8 - 28 in a 1/8 inch size.
