Both sides got G 1-11 threads on this thing, right? Just want to make sure before I go trying to hook up two female BSPP ports together.

Correct on both counts. Both sides are 1-inch female BSPP with G 1-11 thread specs, so you can run a coupling connection between two male-threaded BSPP fittings or ports without any adapters in between. Straight configuration, no offsets or angles, just a clean inline connection.

i got a 1 inch BSPP line already. is this coupling the straight female to female one with G 1-11 threads on both ends?
