Will this bushing hold up if its exposed to the elements outside?

what's the thread size difference between the two ends on this bushing? trying to step down from a 3/4 line to a 3/8 connection and wanna make sure i got the right part

Right part for that job. The male end runs 3/4" BSPP with a G 3/4-14 thread, and the female end is 3/8" BSPP with a G 3/8-19 thread. So yeah, it steps down from 3/4 to 3/8, both sides BSPP, straight configuration. Just make sure both your mating fittings are BSPP and not NPT, since those threads are not interchangeable.
