Got a system running BSPP fittings on the equipment side and NPT on the supply lines, will this adapter bridge that gap without needing extra pieces in between?

That's exactly what this fitting is built for. One end is 1-1/4" male NPTF and the other is 1-1/4" female BSPP, so it makes that thread transition in a single piece. No extra couplings or adapters needed in between. Being stainless 316 also means it holds up well in environments where corrosion is a concern.
