Got a BSPP male fitting on a piece of equipment and need to tie into a female NPT port, this straight adapter do the trick?

That's exactly what this one's built for. One end is a G 1/8-28 Male BSPP and the other is a 1/8-27 Female NPTF, so it bridges that specific thread type mismatch in a straight-through configuration. Both sides are 1/8 inch, and the overall length runs 24.6mm with a 16mm wrench width, so it fits in tighter spots without much trouble. Made by Adaptall from 316 stainless, it holds up well where corrosion is a concern.
