Got a system running BSPP on one end and NPT fittings on the other, would this adapter bridge that gap without needing extra pieces in between?

Straight connection, one piece. One side is a 3/4" male BSPP (G 3/4-14) and the other is a 3/4" female NPTF (3/4-14), so yes, it bridges those two thread standards directly. No additional adapters needed as long as both sides of your system are 3/4" on each respective thread type.
